Jillian Michaels - The Biggest Loser - Turbulence Training Review by Jillian Michaels

I am a huge fan of NBC's Hit TV Show - The Biggest Loser.

And a big fan of Jillian Michaels one of the toughest trainers I have ever seen or learned from.

As you also know, I LOVE Turbulence Training 

Why?

It has helped me get in shape faster than any other workout I have ever done.

When I say Turbulence Training helped me get fit faster - I mean that in 2 ways.

1) My workouts are much shorter and much more effective

and

Turbulence Training Review | Personal Update after 6 weeks with Turbulence Training & a Personal Message From Craig

Hi everyone - I am back again with an update on my progress with Turbulence Training.

Ok—back to the update.

I started Turbulence Training after many years of working out and eating right (for the most part).

My goal when I started Turbulence Training? Get rid of the last nagging 15 pounds I have been carrying and get some nice toned muscles - I gave myself 15 weeks to accomplish it.

Results so far? After 6 weeks using Turbulence Training methods and the Nutrition guide I have begun to see some muscle tone and I have let go of 9 pounds!!! 

I am well on my way to reaching my goal.

I have not been hungry at all and my workout time is 1/2 of what it used to be with the old "traditional" steady state cardio methods.

I am seeing faster results and those results motivate me to stick with the Turbulence Training program.

I also really enjoy spending less time working out - it is great doing a workout that accomplishes MORE in LESS time.

I'm down at a seminar in good ol' St. Louis, and whoa, there are a few men and women around this here Convention Center that need to lose a lot of stomach fat.

But did you know the best way to burn belly fat is a shock to most men and women?

Even most personal trainers usually guess, "Crunches", "Situps", or "aerobic cardio" as the best way to lose stomach fat. But none of those work best, or even work at all!

In fact, I often get asked, What's the best way to burn fat and lose my belly? Do aerobics work better than interval training? Does resistance training help at all? What should I eat to lose stomach fat? All of those are common questions.

But here's the truth. Cardio is not the best way to burn fat.

In fact, I've met very few people who have successfully used cardio to lose stomach fat. And most of those people were young men, and anything works for them when they want to burn fat.

If you want to lose stomach fat fast, you need to increase the intensity of your workout by using both resistance training and interval training to lose stomach fat.

Australian researchers, such as Professor Steve Boucher, even believe that interval training can lead to a spot reduction of belly fat. That's something that no amount of abdominal training can do.

While bodybuilders and young guys without any cares in the world can spend an hour a day on cardio - and sometimes get results - men and women who only have 45 minutes, 3 times per week for exercise just can't depend on slow cardio workouts to burn belly fat.

Let's take a look at the perfect workout plan to get you maximum fat burning results in minimum workout time.

Here are the keys. First, start with a circuit of bodyweight exercises to prepare your body for a fat burning workout. This should only take 5 minutes.

Follow that up with supersets of resistance training using multi-muscle exercises for maximum metabolism boosting. This works so much for post-exercise calorie burning than slow cardio workouts. That will lead to more belly fat burning as well.

After 15 minutes of resistance training, finish with 15-20 minutes of interval training. Use a warmup, then do a few intervals, and then cool-down. You don't need a lot of intervals to get great fat burning results.

With that workout schedule, you'll be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes, three times per week.

Compare that to what most people do, which is run, jog, cycle or use the cardio machines for 45 minutes straight. Sure, that will burn calories, but it doesn't build a better body.

Men and women love the fast fat burning results they get from short burst exercise sessions. Your body was not meant to run marathons.

Instead, it was meant to perform quick bursts of exercise, and that is why resistance training and interval training sculpt a better body than long, slow cardio.

The best way to lose stomach fat is to use the following three exercise methods.

1) Bodyweight circuit training to warm-up the body

2) Resistance training supersets to boost the metabolism

3) Interval training to burn belly fat

Put those three, short exercise methods together into one great belly fat burning workout if you want to lose stomach fat fast!

Turbulence Training Reviews | Review Update - Turbulence Training - Interval Training With a Twist!

Hey Everyone - Time for a Turbulence Training update

I bought the original Turbulence Training that came with tons of bonuses - you can review my article here on what you get with Turbulence Training

So I began using Turbulence Training with the basic workout - which is a challenging system of interval training with weights and cardio for 4 weeks.

What did I like about it?

My workout time was cut almost in 1/2 and I got really challenging workouts that I could FEEL were really working me out.

What was difficult about it?

I had to learn some new ways of doing some exercises. The good thing was that each Turbulence Training book explains EACH exercise in DETAIL - Let me tell you….I refer to the book constantly because I want to get proper form and get the most out of each rep.

I finished the first 4 weeks and I am now on to Turbulence Training for women (Yep — I am a gal) and I LOVE this 4 week challenge.

Why do I like Turbulence Training?

- My mind does not get bored with the same old darn workout each week — I get new fresh exercises to learn and do. Many of the exercises are variations of ones I have learned in the past — but those variations are awesome and effective.

- My body is getting challenged in new ways every four weeks. My muscles are getting more of an allover workout each time I do Turbulence Training. I feel much more balanced in my body with this workout.

Turbulence Training Reviews | Former Fat Gal - My Past and Why I Tried Turbulence Training

This site gives you the honest truth about Turbulence Training.

I have been a big time fitness enthusiast for over 20 years.

I became very interested in fitness and building muscle ever since I lost over 50 pounds and wanted to maintain that weight loss.

I followed the "gurus" for many years that said I should work out for 60-90 minutes a day doing cardio. I can tell you from my experience of doing steady state aerobics for many years that it just does not work for building muscle and losing weight. I put in so many hours on the treadmill and elliptical and I was wasting my time. I was still flabby after all that effort.

Turbulence Training (a highly evolved method of interval training) helps you get results in much less time. The more I learned about Turbulence Training and then experienced for myself that is the most efficient and effective method of working out to create muscle and to lose the fat.

I will be sharing many tips about Turbulence Training on this site so you can make the best decision about what workout is right for you.

For now, I will tell you that I LOVE interval training using Turbulence Training methods for the main reason that I have so much more time left each day to do other important things rather than spend 60-90 minutes working out ineffeciently with my old methods.
