I have been a big time fitness enthusiast for over 20 years.
I became very interested in fitness and building muscle ever since I lost over 50 pounds and wanted to maintain that weight loss.
I followed the "gurus" for many years that said I should work out for 60-90 minutes a day doing cardio. I can tell you from my experience of doing steady state aerobics for many years that it just does not work for building muscle and losing weight. I put in so many hours on the treadmill and elliptical and I was wasting my time. I was still flabby after all that effort.
Turbulence Training (a highly evolved method of interval training) helps you get results in much less time. The more I learned about Turbulence Training and then experienced for myself that is the most efficient and effective method of working out to create muscle and to lose the fat.

For now, I will tell you that I LOVE interval training using Turbulence Training methods for the main reason that I have so much more time left each day to do other important things rather than spend 60-90 minutes working out ineffeciently with my old methods.
