Hey Everyone - Time for a Turbulence Training update
I bought the original Turbulence Training that came with tons of bonuses - you can review my article here on what you get with Turbulence Training
So I began using Turbulence Training with the basic workout - which is a challenging system of interval training with weights and cardio for 4 weeks.
What did I like about it?
My workout time was cut almost in 1/2 and I got really challenging workouts that I could FEEL were really working me out.
What was difficult about it?
I had to learn some new ways of doing some exercises. The good thing was that each Turbulence Training book explains EACH exercise in DETAIL - Let me tell you….I refer to the book constantly because I want to get proper form and get the most out of each rep.
I finished the first 4 weeks and I am now on to Turbulence Training for women (Yep — I am a gal) and I LOVE this 4 week challenge.
Why do I like Turbulence Training?
- My mind does not get bored with the same old darn workout each week — I get new fresh exercises to learn and do. Many of the exercises are variations of ones I have learned in the past — but those variations are awesome and effective.
- My body is getting challenged in new ways every four weeks. My muscles are getting more of an allover workout each time I do Turbulence Training. I feel much more balanced in my body with this workout.
Before Turbulence Training I was doing the "old faithful" weight training and it was drudgery. My mind was bored and my body was bored and unchallenged.
Things are different now and I am very excited with the results I am seeing in my physique - thanks to awesome Interval Training with A Twist: Turbulence Training.
